Sherbutt House
Sherbutt House provides residential accommodation for male and female clients from the age of 18, who have learning disabilities.
There are 2 homes within the grounds, Sherbutt House and The Coach House, which in total accommodates 15 clients.
Providing supported living accommodation coupled with domiciliary services for adults with learning disabilities.
Sherbutt House Residential & Home Care Services provide the appropriate level of care and support to the individuals needs.
Sherbutt House believes, that its clients should expect their quality of life to be enhanced by the provision of their own safe, well maintained and comfortable bedroom. The home believes that every client has the right to live their life with privacy, dignity, independence and choice and that the quality of the home environment is a key factor.
In this regard all rooms within Sherbutt House are proportioned in that they at least match the National Minimal Standards for Care Homes.
Sherbutt House
Sherbutt House is a large Victorian House, set in nearly an acre of landscaped gardens. The house comprises of 6 single bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 4 bathrooms, a large lounge with T.V. video and music, a dining room and large kitchen.
The Coach House
The Coach House has been recently extended to provide 7 single bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite on the ground floor, to accommodate people with mobility problems if required. The Coach House has a large open plan lounge and dining room, modern kitchen and a separate bathroom and 2 additional toilets. The ground floor rooms all have French doors which open onto a patio area.
Supported Living Accommodation
Supportive Living accommodation comprises of seven individual terraced houses all within distance of Sherbutt House.
